Pro-Balance
Used in conjunction with this system to establish if sufficient equipment is available to make the order.
Pro-Plan
Information in the Asset register will also be used to advise the planner of the availability of equipment to ensure that orders are not delayed.
Mechanics time
The asset register will monitor theand give details of how much time is being spent repairing equipment on the line. This will be done as follows:
When a Supervisor requires the services of a mechanic she will type a request form using one of the scanning station computers. This will be sent to a printer in the mechanics shop and will be converted into a job card, this job card will be date and time stamped and be given a job number.
Job Cards
The mechanic will take the job card to the machine requiring attention, he will complete the work, noting any spares that are used, and “Sign off” the machine. The supervisor will sign the job card, and the time will be inserted. These details will be entered into the Asset Register program and a complete record of everything that happens to the machine, and how the mechanic spends his time will be available.
Depreciation
The system has the facility to write down equipment as required by the accounts dept, therefore the company will have an up to date Asset Register.
Bar-Codes
We have the facility to print barcodes that can be attached to each piece of equipment. When equipment is moved scan the barcode, enter the new position, the records will be automatically updated. Mechanics can use a scanner to enter time spent and parts used, thus updating records automatically.

Materials Requirement planning (MRP)
Comes with Pro-Stock
Materials Requirement planning, works in conjunction with the Stock control and costing system.
Once the requirements for a style have been established through costing, and an order is received, then the MRP system establishes the total requirements of the order, checks the stock on hand and will then produce purchase orders to fill the requirements.
The system is capable of establishing quantities required per size and colour, and will make orders for all items, zips, for example which may be of a different colour, and require special lengths for each garment size can be easily facilitated.
An audit trail of each purchase order is provided, and links to the production planning system, once orders have been placed the tracking of the orders is done through Production Planning.
Cost Back
This portion of the system provides a total reporting analysis of the order, as it progresses and at completion, and will provide information on all aspects.
For example, It will extract from the Pro-Cut the actual fabric consumption and compare it to the Costed consumption.
From Pro-Man it will extract the actual efficiency achieved whilst the order was running and indicate the profit or loss that occurred as a result of the operating efficiency.
All additional accessories that are issued will be issued with the Cutting order details and will be automatically tied back to the specific order and accounted for. Any additional transportation costs involved in the order will be related to that order and quantified.Packaging items will be related to the order in the same way as accessories.
Thus with all of the above information being gathered on a continuous basis considerable control of the plant can be maintained.
