Having started his career as a management trainee, he has held various positions from Trainee to General Manager in reputed companies across Europe and South Africa. After 20 years of rich production experience, he started his own consultancy company, Methods Workshop, and has been working in areas of productivity improvement ever since.

With over 16 years of experience in the apparel industry, Sunaina Khanna specializes in training, work study and productivity improvement in all operational areas of apparel manufacturing. This makes her a highly valued member of Methods as she understands the heart of our business and is actively involved in all training-based operations. As a director of Methods, she has been leading the organization independently for the last two years.

Din Bandhu is the Sales Head and is responsible for business development.He has high-volume sales across multiple units with proactive and ambitious approaches.

With over 10 years of experience in the IT industry, Rajesh Sheokand has worked on all the phases of development, such as analysis, design, development and quality assurance. Moreover, his experience with designing, developing and deploying Enterprise distributed applications using Microsoft.NET technologies makes him an asset for the Methods team. His excellent programming skills, result focused attitude, and flexibility have helped the team find creative solutions for a wide range of problems with data and code.
